2. 2 rice bowls of water (depending on how much rice u put in)

4. Coconut milk (Optional) (I'm a health freak so I skip the coconut)
5. Sugar cane block or small block of Gula melaka
Steps
Soak the black glutinous rice for an hour before cooking (this helps speed up the cooking process, the rice gets cook faster). Wash n drain water away. Fill pot with water n glutinous rice. Wash the pandan leaves, tie into a knot n put into the pot. Cook for approximately 3 hrs. Remember to stir, lest it gets burnt. When the rice is almost cook then add the sugar (if u put the sugar too early, it'll slow the cooking process). Bring to a boil then let it sit for about 5 mins before serving.
